Your appointments are very important to the Heartfelt Spaces team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount and not refunded if payment has already taken.
Online Booking and Payments:
If you have booked for a session or consultation appointment online you will in most cases payed up front for the services to be rendered. Any products recommended at time of consult will be mutually agreed upon if apical and paid for before shipped.
Need to Change Appointment:
Yes, changing your appointment is not a problem as long as I am given 48 hour notice. In rare cases of emergencies Only can be 24 hour notice. Please keep in mind payments are paid up front on Website.
Cancellations and Refunds:
In regards to products notice would have to be given before product is shipped which is normally within a 36 hour window.
Only if product has not been shipped than a refund can be given for first time purchases. If same customer purchases again and than cancels a restocking fee will be deducted at 25% of purchase price.
In regards to prepaid appointments the customer has only 3 days to cancel and request a full refund. The exception to this rule is when client has directly requested us to start there project immediately via an email or text correspondence. No refund will be given or apply under those circumstances which are strictly enforced.
In person Appointments:
Normally in person appointments happen after an assessment as already been completed. Appointment time can vary, payment is made in person on completion of time spent and any products purchased. In the event the client needs to change or cancel the appointment than a notification of 3 days or sooner is requested.
For in person healing appointments payment and time along with travel fees would already be paid ahead of appointment. The 48 hour notice for changing your appointment or cancelling will have to happen in order to rebook your time or offer a refund.
Late for appointments:
I allow up to 15 minutes for a phone or FaceTime appointment beyond that your appointment time will have to be cut short unless there are circumstances beyond your control.
As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically the day before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging from our online appointment scheduling software because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. From this confirmation email, you have the option of the following without a charge:
- confirm your appointment from the link provided in the email;
- reschedule/change/modify your appointment from your online account;
- cancel your appointment from your online account within 48 hours
- respond back by email with any changes or issues;
- call our number which is provided on website or email for customer service
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us the day before is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. A link to automatically upload the appointment to your calendar is provided on every electronic confirmation.
